Unknown title? Help?

Hi guys,
I'm trying to remember a film that really rattled me as a kid late one night on TV. I would have seen it sometime in the 70s, so I estimate that it was made in the late 60s -early 70s. It was an American film.

From memory, it was about a woman that moves into a house with her husband but things don't seem quite right, as she believes that there is something present that lurks inside the house. She begins to see 'little creatures/gremlins' that appear to be after her soul. He husband believes she is steadily losing her mind and does not believe her. I recall the ending where she gets dragged into the house by a hole in a wall as her (husband?) tries in vain to rescue her. Any ideas of what this film could be and if it ever saw any release?

I recall another film about a woman that gets transfixed by a number of jars that are stored in a closet. These jars tend to take on a life of their own, and begin to glow and pulsate. I can't remember how it ends. Any clues and has it ever seen a VHS or DVD release?
