HELP! What was this movie called???
 

Hey all - I am looking for a title of an older horror flick - I think it's Italian made. The scene I remember was some zombie like human using an empty can to gouge the neck of it's innocent victim - and before the scene happens a warning came up on the screen that a graphic scene was about to occur! Nothing like taking the suspense right out of it eh! This might have been edited out for any VHS or DVD version. I saw this in the theatre in 1981 or 82' but the movie could be older than that
