Castle Freak

I was going through my B-Movie bin and came across Castle Freak, for those of you who arenīt aware of this movie, it is another great film by Stuart Gordon director of Re-Animator and other greats. Castle Freak has a great story line and many memorable quotes if you have yet to see this movie I suggest that you make it a top priority. Leave some feedback and let me know what you think of it.

Good movie, not classic.

I remember renting this in high school. I don't remember what happened in it though. I guess it was pretty forgettable.

This film is a great B! The castle setting is great, the freak is terrifying, and the acting is mostly good... Plus I like the way it is filmed, like when the cat is pulled backwards into the cell..

I bought Castle Freak as soon as it was released direct to DVD. I haven't seen it in a bit but I use to watch it every day. Maybe I'm a freak but I dig that movie :p

i watched it was impressed at all. definately one of Stuart lesser movies. From Beyond, Re-Animator, Dagon, Faust:Love of the Damned were all much , much better then castle freak. on the upside it did have Jeff Combs.

Stuart Gordon currently writes a blog for the Full Moon website (dealing with his films, celebs he's dealt with, etc.). Here's the link:
