I can't believe how annoyed I am right now. Cheebs and I have to house sit my brothers house ( this is like a million dollar house here) while they go off on holiday for the next month or so.
Now my brothers house has just recently had his kitchen redone so its got the works here. Big ass cuboards full of stuff...like..shit stuff. Cans, packets stuff, 2 freezers full of whatever random packet stuff .
Now the reason im pissed off is cos I dont like packet stuff. We dont have anything like this at our place so its pretty darn hard to come up with something to cook. They dont even have fresh stuff, yknow fruit, veg , garlic, ginger, chilli..ahhhhhhh I just wanna scream. I dont like garlic and ginger in jars ( the chilli isn't too bad but I still dont like it).
Im was almost having a panic attack in the kitchen because of this crap. ahhhhh..Now im gonna scream haha.

Does anyone else have this kinda thing happening where they just hate processed packet shit? I know after doing half my chef course that it has changed my point of view more then I would have wanted, but it was for the better.
