Pinhead vs Freddy?
 

i've heard/read a lot about what else could be done with the Freddy vs Jason format. michael myers could be cool, but it would just be adding another Jason-type character. i think having Freddy against Pinhead/the cenobytes would be really intersting. both work in the realm of the mind, and both try to torment people through that power. a really badass pinhead (not like what we've seen in the last, oh, 6 movies or so) would be a really crazy situation to have Freddy in also. i just get excited thinking of how badly people would get messed with when freddy and pinhead are fighting over their souls!!!

yeah, i know they're owned by different company's, but it's impossible for cross-company work? i mean, that'd be awsome if they worked together for a film like that. either way... oh well...

No i'm sorry they won't do that, i'm pretty much sure we will never see it happen. I'm sorry to burst your dreams. I am going to have to say they won't because they will want 50/50, and they will never make what it cost to make. Clive Barker already said he wanted to but with different companies owning that it was just talk and it wouldn't happen.
