Amazon.com stiffed me
 

Has anyone here ever ordered something from amazon.com and never get it? I placed an order for a few thingson April 21. I got 5 of the six items about a week later, but still have not recevied the last item. What the hell is the problem! They list it as still being in stock, so that's not the trouble. I've ordered from amazon.com alot and this is the first time this has happened to me.

Did you contact their support service to see what might have happened?

have never had any probs with them..and i live in NZ.
Could have been stolen via transit..
If you contact thier support service...they will most probably send a replacement ..or refund you.

I've never had a problem ordering from Amazon direct, but I have using their marketplace

I just did yesterday, but no reponse yet. I had forgotten all about the missing item until I went to make another order.

No, it was never even sent.

Yeah they sent one quater to me, one quater to Robert Smith, another to Iggy pop and the fourth one was sent to the last remaining Ramone (Tommy) , to hold because of joeys passing.

It was a joint birthday present for us all

my brother orders thing from there n he got something for my mam but it never turned up. he never contacted any1 so i doubt it'll turn up now lol

I've used Amazon a couple of times and so far the only problem I've had, was one order took over a month to arrive, but it did come eventually.
