Play name those horror movies
 

As a child I saw two horrors movies i can no longer name.

The first was a movie about a little girl who drew pictures of a house. This house came to life. In this house lived a killer. The little girl and her older sister were pulled into the house and had to escape.

The second was a movie about a young man (maybe 18 years old) who had an interest in mythological beasts. As fate would have it he had the chance to visit a theme park in which there was a giant robotic dragon exibit for some particular ride. This "dragon" was more than a simply machine. It apparently was "a live". It requested the boy complete him as planned by the designers who had apparently abandoned the project.

Can any of you name these movies?

the second one sounds like the nympth but ii kno its not cause david bowie isin that and its hard to get him out of ur head but the first one might be amityville horror but i think not. i kno wat movie ur talking aboot but i cant think of the name either! go to a hollywood video and ask someone there.:rolleyes:

not to sure about the 2nd film u mentioned but eh 1st one does sound like amittyville horror but for some reason it sounds like one of the sequels to amittyville horror it may b the 1stone but i thinkit sounds like one of the sequels

yeh the 1st sounds like amityville horror.

No idea about the second. I don't know what the first one is but it's not the Amityville Horror. Maybe one of the sequels?

I dont know either of them. But they bpth sound pretty cool, and as soon as the names are given out, I'm going to rent them

i THINK IT SOUNDS LIKE "Paper house" too.
It's a UK film made early-mid 90's, about a girl with short hair (and an annoying english accent) called Anna, who's father died, the girl developes some behavioural problems, and she draws a house that she visits in her dreams when she passes out?
I think she drew a guy in the window, but didnt draw him legs, and when she went there next there was a little boy in a wheelchair, so she says to him "if my father was here he could help carry you home", draws a picture of her father in the house but the picture of his face is really shitty, she scribbles on his face, and in the next dream there's some demented looking psycho 'cos of what she drew?
If that was the film you saw, that was DEFINATELY "paper house"
I found it kinda scary when I saw it as a kid....can't remember much more.
