I found this great two story house that i could more than afford. So, for the last week i have been getting prepared to move,saving money and shit like that. I wanted this house more than anything!!!!The guy calls me tonight and says it will be 2 months before he is ready for me to move in. I'm soooooo pissed and sad, i just wish i could get fucking drunk or something!! I just cannot remember the last time i wanted something this bad.Has this happened to any of you??

I sell real estate as an income supplement so I've seen this sort of stuff happen plenty of times to clients I'm working with. They fall in love with a home & for one reason or another it doesn't work out. I always try to tell them to keep in mind that if it doesn't work out, it wasn't meant to be. *Shrug*

If this one doesn't pan out for ya, you'll find something better.

The guy really fucked me on this,is there anything i can do??He said i had his word the house was mine and now he says he needs a couple months. The last thing you said i really needed to hear,thanks:) I'm back to house hunting now!

Um...like a....ugh...sell a piece of your furniture...for no appearent reason,oh yeah that sucks that youe 7 months pregnant,god that guy is a real douche.I was out of my 2 story house in 1 day,hell not even that.Slow ass fucking old people.
