If we had WET(white entertainment television) we'd be racists.

If we had a White Pride Day you would call us racists.

If we had white history month, we'd be racists.

If we had an organization for only whites to "advance" our lives, we'd be racists.

If we had a college fund that only gave white students scholarships, you know we'd be racists.

In the Million Man March, you believed that you were marching for your race and rights.
If we marched for our race and rights, you would call us racists.

You are proud to be black, brown, yellow and orange, and you're not afraid to announce it.
But when we announce our white pride, you call us racists.


You rob us, carjack us, and shoot at us.
But, when a white police officer shoots a black gang member or beats up a black drug-dealer running from the law and posing a threat to society, you call him a racist.


I am white.
I am proud.


But, you call me a racist.

Why is it that only whites can be racists?

what you fail to account for is the overwhelming domination of American (and global) life by whites and white culture. . . until we come to a day when, as Dr. King urged, "all men are judged by the content of their character and not the color of their skin" then we have to work hard to recognize African, Latino, and other Americans.

besides, why does it bother you? BET is a black entertainment channel - arguably NBC, CBS, ABC, and FOX (on whom almost all the actors and newscasters are WHITE) are your WET

besides, and forgive me for impugning your motives just as you step into the forum - but this is a HORROR forum - why do you begin with this rant? (my guess is that you go from forum to forum trying to incite people and then maybe recruit for some white power group - just a guess and why is it a guess - BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW YOU - if you were a regular here I might take your rant more seriously). i have thought of the same thing many a time.. but its just one of does things we have to live with

i didnt write that. some kid on myspace did. and dude......no white power group here. sorry. i just wanted other (and more intelligent) peoples opinion. i'm just saying that it's kind of anoying that people go around complaining that we dont have our own month or our own tv show. because if you look at history the "white race" has dominated most of everything.

but i dont like to start shit. so i'll stop because i'm a very opinionated stubborn person.

well - in this case i agree with you completely - it boggles my mind to listen to white people (esp. men) complain about how 'unfair' it is that minorities get 'privileges' without EVER looking at the unbelievable privilege they received simply by being born white and male . . .

so, since i agree with you, go forth and be opinionated and stubborn - - - with my blessing

This excerpt that she copy/pasted here was posted somewhere else...If you read the last line which is HER words, she states that she disagrees with what was written by the original author of this text...

She is only asking for opinions on this matter...


My personal opinion on this matter is...In a few hundred years, we will all be the same color anyway, so it won't even matter.....Of course, then we'll probably seperate ourselves from each other based on what 'shade' we are
