Halloween is my fave, it never really scared me, but i love it!!!!

actually, spelling aside, its not a bad list. one of my favorite all-time books about horror movies, a book called Projected Fears, lists the ten most "influential" horror films - and its almost the same list.

The book's list is:
Dracula
The Thing (1951)
Psycho
Night of the Living Dead
The Exorcist
Texas Chainsaw Massacre
Halloween
Silence of the Lambs
Scream
and, The Sixth Sense

interesting huh?

The Exorcist

Either Ring (the classic japanese version) or The Exorist.

Agreed, I watch that flick now and it still scares the shit outta me. Great work with shadows in that movie.

Plus anything with long fingers scares the crap outta me... like Pumpkinhead.
