Sin City 2 & 3
 

Haven't heard too much just yet, but it's coming in 2006, and Sin City 3 (to be directed by Frank Miller without Robert Rodriguez) will be in 2008. Clive Owen and Rosaria Dawson are said to be coming back, and maybe Brittany Murphy and Michael Madsen. Rodriguez should also bring Mickey Rourke back as another character sans the heavy make-up. :cool:

oh, I don't doubt that they're making a 2nd and 3rd Sin City movie, I'm mostly referring to Robert Rodriguez not directing the third one. Considering it's status is "announced" and the 2nd one hasn't even been made yet, it's too early to say he's not going to direct it. The fact that his credit isn't on IMDB means nothing at this point

Rodriguez has no imdb credit, but Frank Miller dose, as both writer and director. The casting news is from mostly unreliable sources, although Michael Madsen himself said he has a bigger role in this one on TV's "Henry's Film Corner."

He's been announced as the editor of the 3rd film which like the announcement of him not directing is completely unstable at this point but if he's been announced for only editing and not for directing it maybe because he himself made the decision, which of course could always change in the next 3 years.

well, giving Miller a credit is kindof a given

I hope the next one does come out in '06, definatly looking forward to it.
