Teenager Drugged And Tortured By Mates

Australia- A teenager told last night how he was drugged by "mates", then burnt with a red-hot spoon until his skin melted.

Ashley Irvine, 17, said he woke up in excruciating pain.
He is horrified at what the five teenagers did to him.

"Mates don't drug you, then sit back and watch as an acquaintance melts your skin while you are unconscious," he told the Northern Territory News.

"They said they got bored and were trying to get a reaction out of me.

"But they didn't get a reaction because I couldn't feel anything because they drugged me."

The teens pressed a piping-hot tablespoon against his legs several times and burnt "smilies" across his body with a lighter.

They also cut his hair and shaved his legs and eyebrow.

"I was pretty upset - these were people I considered to be my friends so it was a pretty low act," Ashley said.

"I didn't mind having my eyebrow or legs shaved - they grow back. But they took it too far.

"When it happened I felt like hitting them but now I just don't want to see them again."

Parents Naomi and Brad Irvine, of Parap, Darwin, are incensed their son's former friends could be so "gutless".

"It doesn't matter that only one of them burnt Ashley with the tablespoon - the others all sat there and watched and didn't do anything about it," Ms Irvine said.

"What they did is bordering on torture and I was horrified that no one came forward to defend him.

"Most of these so-called friends have been to our home on many occasions.

"Because of them my son has had a week of excruciating pain and constant re-dressing of wounds, which when healed will form scars that will be with him forever.

"Kids need to be aware that it's not only strangers you have to be wary of - it could also be someone who is supposedly a friend who causes you harm."

Ashley has decided not to press charges against the five teenagers because it is his word against theirs and he wants to put the episode behind him.

Besides, who are you using for a comparison? DON'T say the U.S, that would just not make sense at all...Yknow what it is? The further north you go here, the more crazy they get...Queenslanders and NT people...they're all nuts, it's just TOO damn hot up there...s'like their brains are melted.
In regards to the story - yeah, it's fucked up. I'd not have personally inflicted grevious bodily harm on one of my friends, pranks, sure...but this is act of fuckwit, and his "friends"...not so much the nutjobs that did it, but the ones that allowed it to happen - cowards - I'd never talk to any of them again. Being off your face isn't an excuse for the complete disregard for a friends health and wellbeing, I mean fuck...burns that bad, with a SPOON...that's gonna be a couple of chunky scars, for life.
Fuck that.
Then again, I suppose the "victim" might consider a little fucking moderation in future, "they drugged me" is an obvious cop-out by a young teenager not wanting to tell his parents about his substance abuse...I think a person that can put themselves in such a completely unconscious state from overindulgence is bound to learn such lessons in one way or another.

I agree with you there, about the cop-out of the teenager not wanting to tell his parents about his substance abuse, and it's kind of obvious when the teenager who was tortured didn't want to press charges against his 'so-called friends'. If I had been drugged and tortured by people that were suppose to be my friends, I'd want their fucking heads on a platter. I don't care who they fuck they are, who they fuck I thought they were suppose to be. If they fucked with me, they'd have their asses handed to them. Of course in order to get me drugged, they'd have to beat the shit out of me first.

Australia and Canada are suppose too be all nice and happy places. but I believe any place that its all happy and nice has this dark/crazy side that burns drugged up people with spoons! hahaha :cool: shit like that.
