The Devil's Backbone
I bought this Mexican horror film in the US, and damn it...it's in Spanish! Of all things! Anyway, it lists english as subtitles available, but they won't display on the screen. I have tried two different DVD players. When tried on my 'puter, it indicated that it was not the proper region format. Anyone else ever run into a DVD bought in the US, with English listed as subtitles, and all printing on the case as english, and noted region 1 on the case that won't work.

Exellent ghost movie and very sad too. A movie than even no- horror fans seem to like! My mom loved it!

I thought it had some pretty okay creepy moments, with the keyhole scene as the highlight. Loved it, even though i knew it was comming. But you´re right, Jenna. It´s a good story. |
I'd have to say it's Guillermo del Toro's best movie, with Blade II coming in a second.

I also agree, Blade II was much better than the Original. One of the few cases of a sequal being better that the original
