is that the one where they have an easter egg hunt and someone thinks the aliens head is a big eater egg ?

about a dude in Idaho wjp was genetically mutated and tried to kill people.

it is the one i was thinking of .. Ruth Buzzi is in it ...

there is an easter egg hunt scene thats pretty funny ..

and the creature rips the head off of someone driving a truck... that much i remember too.
