I've been taking a look at some good zombie indie horror films. have any of you guys seen these? are any of these films any good? and are they gory?

zombie cult massacre
Zombie lake
Meat market 1 and 2
Zombie Doom
Zombie Death House
Zombi: 2
City of the living dead

I haven't seem Zombie Death House, so I can't comment on that one. Out of the list you posted, avoid Zombie Lake at all cost. That is the worst movie I had ever seen. I highly recommend Meat Market 1 and 2, Zombi 2 and City of the Living Dead most of all. They are really good and gory.

i would have to disagree with meat market 2 (i havent seen one)
it is one of the lamest back yard pieces of shit i've seen in many a year.

I've gotten my belly full of these films made by friends who cant act in stupid locations with effects i could do myself without the slightest knowledge of the craft.

dumb as fuck .. insanely inept.
this shit is a dime a dozen.

From the ones mentioned that I have heard of I can say that Zombie Lake is pathetic,Zombie Holocaust even worse but City Of The Living Dead is well worth seeing.Bear in mind it's over 20 years old and badly dubbed but it is one of the better Italian horror movies from the late seventies/early eighties.
If you haven't seen already,can I also recommend Zombie Creeping Flesh, Zombie Flesh Eaters and Dawn Of The Mummies if you're into that genre.
