Zombie Poll!!!

What type of Zombie is your favorite?

1. Slow, clumsy, blank stare. Like in NOTLD & DOTD (original) .Or

2. Fast, agile, ferocious stare. Like in DOTD (Remake). Or

3. None. Don't like 'em. They scare me. Like in The Brady Bunch.

The fast ones frighten me most when I think about it.I feel I'd have a better chance against the slow ones.

I like it better when they move fast!!

zwoti 01-10-2005 06:37 PM

gotta go with the classical slow moving

In the new land of the dead it said these zombies could learn. I think that will be very cool!!

Gotta go with slow, clumsy and blank stare. It looks more like a zombie.

i prefer the slow ones for effect ..and it makes a lot more sense ...
rigor mortis and all that...

the fast ones make for a better challenge though.

the slow ones are creepier .. psychologically scarier ..
but the fast ones are a real threat.

To me, it seems like speed is a crutch. Of course it'll be scarier if they can run. But if they can't, you (theoretically) have to be a bit more creative in how you build the suspense, or have them appear into the foreground close to the protagonist

I think that slower zombies are just more logical. But faster is good for our A.D.D society

Anything fast moving in a horror movie gives me goose bumps. Like in The Cell, that one had some creepy fast shit. But as far as Zombies alone, I'd have to go with slow just because they are supposed to be dead. And I ain't ever seen nothing dead move very fast.
