is this movie ever gonna come out? :confused: or is it a rumor?

would that be sleepaway camp IV, i thought it was out already?

Mired in pre-production as far as I know.

Sleepaway Camp IV was never made. They had begun to film but because of differences/arguments between ownership rights it was put on hold... and kept on hold ... and eventually dumped and never made.

Last year they released a special DVD pack with Sleepaway Camp III if you bought this, you got the special bonus of the actual footage they did film on IV before the project was dropped... It's only 34 minutes long ..

As far as Return to Sleepaway Camp I believe they were going to do it.. but who knows... rumors, rumors...

i bought sleepaway camp 1-3 boxset, but watched it that many times i got bored so i traded it in a blockbusters, wish i hadnt now, i miss it, i paid about £25 for it and when i traded it in i got about £4 in return, blockbusters are robbing c**ts, well, looks like im gonna have to buy it...again *sigh*

but in 1 of the many dvd mags i buy it said that sleepaway camp IV had been released, maybe they were wrong

Shudder.Im still not done throwing up from the first one.I had a babysitter who showed it to me when i was 4.I didnt quite understand what was going on but I caught enough of it.

sleepaway camp is DEFINITELY one of the BEST slasher series out there... such a shocker on the ending of the first one.. they are just such bold movies that aren't fearful of themselves... now.. in the box set.. they have clips of sleepaway camp 4 that they tried to make and it bombed.. it looked TERRIBLE...

my reluctance lies in the face that we wouldn't have the same angela return for a new sleepaway camp...

Great ending in the original. :D
