Personally, I couldn't give a rat's ass for Thanksgiving. It's nice in that I get a few days off from work, but that's about it. Thanksgiving, to me, is the 2nd most overrated of the major holidays (Easter being the 1st.)

So, you all do the whole trick-or-treating business and all? That's good hear.

What the fuck is Guy Fawkes night? Being an American, I view everything that is not of American culture to be shit. (Just kidding ... just trying to come up with some explanation as to why I don't know what Guy Fawkes night is).

You Brits have a party in honor of your countrys most notorious traitor.

The Gun Powder Plot - the guy who tried to blow up the Houses of Parliament, during a debate.

He stashed barrels of gunpowder in the cellars, but got caught.

Thanks for the info... but they don't celebrate in his honor. They burn effigies of the bastard on bonfires.

Yeah, I read it. Pretty interesting stuff. But, I'm not so sure I disagreed with the guy. Hell, the government wouldn't tolerate his religion! Burn down the House of Parliament!!!!
