Things vampires loathe
I'm doing this review on a vampire flick. Can you people list things vampires loath?
So far I have : Mirrors Holy water Fire (?) Sunlight Crosses Garlic If you know of something else to add to the list, even if you've rarely seen it, post it anyway! Thanks |

I've heard they're afraid of silver, or at least they can be hurt by it. I think originally the metal that hurt them was iron, but as iron became more common it was changed to silver. Over the years the folklore surrounding vampires has been mixed up with the stories about ghosts and witches etc., so there's elements of all these things in there. So in some older stories they couldn't cross running water, similar to ghosts.

The one who syered them(the one who made them a vampire). You know if they have not completed what ever task the master has given them.

Sucking blood from some who is already dead.( Like in interview with the vampire.) Oh and decapitation!!!

Throw some rice on the floor, they are compelled to pick it up and count it I believe also, drives them crazy.
