Savini's Chill Factor

Looks interesting, wish the episode was more then 25 mins though. He played the leader of the biker gang that invades the mall in DOTD (orginal) so he's been around horror along time. It does sort of resemble a Tales from the Crypt series. I going to wait and see if a second DVD comes out soon, before I buy.

I'm sure you're also aware that along with appearing in the original Dawn Of The Dead, Savini created all the special make-up effects for that movie and it's Sequel Day Of The Dead. He was not involved with the first film because he was serving a tour of duty in Vietnam as a photographer but he did direct the not totally unenjoyable remake of Night Of The Living Dead in the early 1990s.
He also has makes a brief appearance in the remake of Dawn along with other members of the original's cast. |
