Have you guys heard of this?Im skeptical about how its gunna be.Didnt Kevin Smith say there would be no more Jay and Silent Bob?I guess Jersey Girl made him reconsider.

when Mews went into heroin rehab, Smith said that if he got cleaned up then there would be another Askewniverse movie. Not counting the cartoon movie that they're still going to make

Yeah. They're making a feature out of the short-lived Clerks animated series.

This, of course, makes 3 series that Fox cancelled that are either getting a movie or made so much friggen money post-cancellation that they had to bring it back

YES! I miss the cartoon so much! Why the fuck did they cancel it? That show was the fucking shit.

I didnt care for the cartoon series much.

They cancelled it because Fox has shit for brains. They had Alien Nation, Clerks, The Tick, Family Guy, and Firefly (and I know there was something else), all of them really good to great shows, and they all got canceled. Hell, Alien Nation was one of their first shows, and it only got one season.



BTW, there's 4 series' that got stuff after being mistreated by Fox, I forgot about Alien Nation's TVMs

Comedy Central is like that too. They had Saturday Night Live. They sold it to E! And i never see it on :mad:

They still show SNL, though. Cartoon Network is worse about that than CC. CN had Home Movies, and IT GOT FUCKING CANCELLED! SO DID THE BRAK SHOW!!!!

I liked Grounded for Life and those Fox bastages got rid of it.21 Jumpstreet was good as well as the Outsiders series.Fox sucks balls.

I thought it was funnier than the movie, since they couldn't be as loose with the language. Kinda like Casablanca. They couldn't outright say some stuff, so they had to be suggestive about it and it was way better. Smith had to be funny without talking about sucking cock, and he was. Plus, the court episode and the Bad News Bears episodes are classic

I loved Married........With Children and Happily Ever After, too.

they were on kevin's other films ben and jason have been in all of em but clerks matt was CA-dogma-JASBSB and chris was on dogma-JASBSB

I actually have faith in this movie because jeff anderson was even protective about it but then agreed same with brian. so both of them are signed up and then he also got jason to sign up and since kevin IS silent bob the movie is going under production. I cant wait for this one....and it better be in black and white, even thou seeing the quick stop in color is cool Id rather have it beeing black and white.

when all those shows were in rotation, adult swim was truly a drug entertainment block. I would watch it stoned and it would kick my ass every time.

But now, its wayyyyy more commercial.
