Addictions

Okay, I didnt think i had a coffee addiction, but, here i am in the office, no coffee, tired, cranky, and over-all pissy. anyone else have this problem?

Unfortunately, its cigs for me. I used to be addicted to coffee, but it makes me too nervouse. Then I have to take a little pill.

Cigarrettes and masturbation.

I managed to kick cigarrettes 2 years ago. I still secretly inhale deeply sometimes when someone is smoking nearby.

The past several days have taught me that i have an unbelievable addiction to tv, since i have been without it for several days and have been miserable..... I need cofee.....

used to drink lots and I mean lots of lavazza expressos. I think the caffene started to affect me more than I realised, sleep was even more messed up than it is now, and it made me more irritable. I drink it more moderatly now, somtimes drink the reduced caffene or caffene free lavazza just to get that coffee taste

even though I drank it purely to get me through shift work. etc...

I know exactly what you are talking about. i am EXTREMELY irritable right now, and i am sensitive to light and sound. I alos have < 0 motivation or patience

Not all addictions are purely psychological, there are physical dependancies. Mine with caffeine is mostly psychological, but there are physical side-effects like headache ( a common one for caffiene withdrawls) as well as moddiness and fatigue.

although most of mine is in my head. I still want some though, dammit.

No apology needed :) Sorry about yours, that was a REAL addiction. Good job kicking it. :)

ITS A SICK SICK THING! but i think its normal. but still.. it sucks. im trying to be good though

I used to be completely addicted to Caffeine, but I had to give it up after finding that I have a stomach disease which is aggravated by that stuff.

I havent had chocolate or caffeine for close to 5 months, and I think I could go the rest of my life without it. Once you stop eating something completely for long enough, you stop getting cravings for it.

Cigarettes for me. I don't get nervous without them though. .. . I just get this terrible taste on the back of my tongue that will not go away until I smoke. It's crazy.

Another: Spending. I have been known to go out and spend between 500 and 1000 dollars merely on a whim. This has gotten me into much trouble more than once. I think this one will kill me faster than the cigarettes will, now that I think of it.
