i tried to use this pic as my avator but it kept saying it was too big!!!!!

Oh yeah...It's way too big...I don't know how to reduce the size of an animated gif...Zwoti and Vod do...When they get here, I will ask one of them to do it for you, in case you aren't here then...You could use that first one until you get your new one...It looks like it will fit...Just a suggestion:)
