Creepy choir boy

OK in several horror movies there is a single choir boy singing. It is an eerie sound. I think it was even in a Buffy episode. Does anyone have any ideas?

Ideas of what?

Maybe check your local church, for sounds of the choir.

cheebacheeba 03-15-2010 02:31 PM

Get one to sing while crying.

neverending 03-15-2010 02:37 PM

I have some ideas. Do you want some of them?

Some of the some, or all of the some?

Seriously though if you kidnap a choirboy and make him sing while crying, that would be the sound you're after. If you were so inclined.
I don't recommend it personally, but if you wanted to go ahead and do it, who am I to stop you?

You have done this before?

No, I'm just good with sounds...

What about tastes?

Well, I studied commercial cookery, I write my own recipes and I have a collection of 58 herbs and spices, so yeah I do alright?
I heard this one theme park was asking people to donate piss to be immitated for a saw-themed experience...

I expected more from you guys. On a sci-fi board I would have gotten detailed answers (for sci-fi related questions).

Can I get any answers that are not smart-ass driven?

Best run along there now, lad. You're right though, sci-fi heads usually have not much of a sense of humour.
Not to mention you completely ignore the one guy that actually offers you advice...idiot.

Well now Johnny, if you want answers we need some clarification, it's a vague question.

Hey guys, there is a sound from a movie, maybe a lot of movies, what is this noise? How do I make it!

And the answer to your most recent question is no. Welcome to HDC!

All these years I thought this was a horror themed board (since it's called horror.com)... now I find out it's a sci-fi board!

Gives you a slight sinking feeling in your gut, doesn't it?

shrug 03-15-2010 04:54 PM

Ahh last refuge of the truly ignorant, insults.

neverending 03-15-2010 05:02 PM

You can't tell the difference between sci-fi & horror and I'm ignorant?

And that was sarcasm, not an insult.

As has been mentioned, if you could actually ask your question in a specific manner so we could tell what it is, in fact, that you want, you might get some more useful answers.

JUST trying to help.

cheebacheeba 03-15-2010 08:52 PM

That and, you called me smart-ass first.
Now, it may be smarter than your brain and all...but it's not nice, especially not when you're going to start crying about insults.
Considering you were acting like an idiot, I'd say my observation was more astute than ignorant...

You have a nice day now, and best of luck finding the right choirboy.

We're the ignorant ones? Interesting.

You know, there is this handy thing called "Google". It's a search engine. You should try it sometime.

How about you speculate a little yourself before you demand us to rack our brains out?

Kids are creepy, religious people are creepy. Religious kid? Ultra-creepy.
