OK, here is a few hints to help.

He has not been on in a very long time.
He had a friend or maybe it was just him, with a simular username.
The comic character also had a prime time series back in the 70's.
It was not animated.

I don't read comics.

I knew it would be wrong, but I took a shot anyway.

LOL I used to do a Truth or Dare chatroom. We did dares by forcing someone to type something derrogatory. Like, daring someone to say "I drink my own urine" and if they didn't say it, they couldn't play.
