I thought this was really funny.

So Jamie Lynn Spears is pregnant (in case you didn't know), and she's been apart of some Nickelodeon show called "Zoey 101" for a few years. Now that she's pregnant, Nick has been covering it up and making up really BS stories about it, and being the kid i am, i was watching cartoons, and I saw an advertisement for a new episode called "Goodbye Zoey", where she *has to choose whether she will stay at school or leave*.

After typing it.... That's really not that funny, but I do find it humorous that they made an episode that fast when they found out, and it's obvious that they have to get rid of her.

ferretchucker 01-01-2008 06:48 PM

apparently she got advice on being a mother from britney.

Posher778 01-01-2008 06:54 PM

Oh THAT'S a good idea.

You know.... That girl is pretty good looking..

That wasn't funny either.

Right, so if she does end up leaving school, which she probley will what message will that be sending to the kids that watch it who hate school already? I think that would be a horrible idea for nick to do, they are suppossed to be role models for childern, not telling them that it's ok to drop out of school.

Umm...yeah...try again, Posh.

Steve "went off to college" when he got fired from Blues Clues.

ferretchucker 01-04-2008 07:11 AM

I told one of my friends and she said that there's actually a series after that so it looks like that isn't a way of getting around her pregnancy. I don't think it's funny but i don't thinks it unfunny. I see what you mean though.

I heard Steve ODed but I guess that's not actually true. "Star of popular children's show overdoses." I would have found that funny. Well as funny as the other news in this thread anyway....

Posher778 01-04-2008 01:01 PM

It wasn't meant to be LOL funny, I just thought it was kind of "disaster waiting to happen" funny.

Speaking of disaster waiteing to happen, Kevin Federline has told Jamie-Lynn that he'll be a part of her support group. That's something I find LOL funny.

Posher778 01-04-2008 01:15 PM

That is pretty funny. hahaha

Umm.. Steve wasnt fired. He quit, both to pursue a music career (went far, didnt he?) and because he was balding, BAD and since the steve character on the show is supposed to be a kid... well, that is a hard thing to explain.

Its funny, i have never worried about going bald, especially since my dad didnt begin to lose his hair in the front or the back until his 40s.

so this summer, i decide i will see what its like to be shaved to the skin bald. its weird and i dont like it. So i let it grow back some (never longer than 1/4 inch)

Then my wife noticed that a patch the size of a baseball on the back didnt quite grow back. I shrugged, but she isnt sure if she is ready for a 31 year old balding husband.

On the jamie lynn spears thing... it might be funny if she were her sister's age, because, Oops. But its bad enough being a kid and pregnant, but to be in the public eye and having the world point and go "ooooo, she fucked up!" is sad. I feel bad for her because her mother is obviously a scewup and she never had a chance.
