Your friend didn't make the list with any of the authorities in the area, or the state emergency service.
Tried to look up the name in the directory to see for myself, but it wasn't listed.
Anyways, in this case no news is probably better...
Some really crazy weather this last week, a huge freighter ship was blown ashore slightly north of here, storms, mass floods...seems to have got pretty fucked up.
Got pretty wild up my way, but nowhere near the damage up north...place got trashed.
