I'm such a twisted dad. I just showed it to my 3 year-old and he watched it over and over giggling maniacally and yelling "Rubber Johnny, Rubber Johnny". The 9 year-old could barely watch.

There was an internet rumor going around that the first part is actual footage and Aphex Twin made the rest of the video based on it. Personally I find it hard to believe, but has anyone else heared anything about that?

it looked pretty real. At least the first part of it. Maybe some kind of brain disease or just a guy with a fake enlarged head making sounds

nah its all fake. a cool little fact is that alot of the footage is actually richard d. james playing the dude in the wheel chair.
