Need To Identify Movie Please ?????

Can someone help me please?

A long time ago I think in the 1980's I was flicking channels on tv as a kid.
A film was on which got my attention back then.

I think it was a slasher type B movie where the usual group of people need a bed for the night and find an old cabin in the woods.
The only scenes I remember were:-

A girl is sleeping and gets an axe in her head and you see her fingers tighten up.
One person gets slashed multiple times on the floor of the cabin.

I think there is a scene with a guy chopping logs outside the cabin.

I'm sure there was a basement in the cabin where a person finds body parts in freezer.

At the end of the movie I think there is one survivor comes out of the trees onto a fairly large road.

Someone told me that at the end of Texas Chainsaw there is a scene with one survivor out on road, but I do not think it is this movie. Simply as I don't remember any chainsaws.

CAN ANYONE IDENTIFY THIS AS I KNOW I AM NOT GOING MAD!!!
I remember the above scenes so vividly but not much else. I remember my mother coming in asking what the hell are you watching!

Rent any movie from the 1980's and it will fit that description.

I don't think its this movie, but parts of that remind me of The Evil Dead :D

Yeah...it almost sounds like the first Friday the 13th movie, except for that parts on the freezer bit.
