Hey

Hello human beings!

I'm Chainsaw, 18, from the Lebanon. I want to be an actor and/or creative writer, possibly in horror movies, but I also like comedies. My inspiration to become an actor was the legend John C.McGinley (Dr Cox from Scrubs). My favorite movie of all time is Texas Chainsaw Massacre. It's also the best movie title of all time!

I dunno what else to put here really. erm, other hobbies of mine include drinking, music, and drinking. That's about it I guess

zwoti 01-28-2007 04:37 AM

hello

and i hope you are talking about the original tcm.

~Chainsaw~ 01-28-2007 04:42 AM

Oh, you should use the word 'cataclysmic' in something...I like that word :D

~Chainsaw~ 01-28-2007 05:49 AM

...and giblets (that's the word high-class people use for testicles)

bloodrayne 01-28-2007 05:51 AM

low class people say 'mountain oysters'

~Chainsaw~ 01-28-2007 06:00 AM

i prefer the simpler term "meatballs"

bloodrayne 01-28-2007 06:01 AM

or even more simple...nuggets

~Chainsaw~ 01-28-2007 06:03 AM

i still prefer meatballs...but that's just me

Despare 01-28-2007 06:53 AM

Try reading the top 100 horror films thread before saying the original TCM gets no credit. TCM is number 11 while TCM2 is waaaaaaaaaay down at number 57.

And there are so many who say it's not...

Not sure where you got your figures but since when has how much money a movie made determined how good it was?

it doesn't...the figure came straight from the people who made it..i bought the ultimate edition and they said it was over 100 million....sorry...i just dont know why something that people always talk about isnt higher on the list

money = how many people see it..obviously it had a big impact....nowadays you have movies making 18 million....what other movies had people saying it was the scariest movie, people vomited, people thought they saw gore when there was not any at all

In 1974 when the movie was released it grossed $26,572,439

By contrast the top grossing movie of that year, Blazing Saddles, grossed $119,500,000.

In fact, there were 30 movies released that year and TCM was #14 as far as total grossed goes.

(In fact, Beji grossed $31,559,560!)
