Can Anyone Help Me?-Evil Dead Question
 

Ok, I'm in this trivia game and they've chosen The Evil Dead as the movie. Unfortunately I have never seen the movie and I'm honestly desperate for help since I only have 2 days to try and figure out what the answer is. I was just wondering if anyone can help me. Here's the question...

What did the cast and crew put in the time capsule?

I can't remember off of the top of my head, but if I'm not busy I'll look after school.

I've seen the movie 7-8 times, and I have absolutly no idea. Considering it has nothing to do with the actual movie, you can probably figure it out with a bit of research.

PS- You have to see Evil Dead!!! And Evil Dead 2!!! Awesomes movies!

The first places I looked were wikipedia and imdb. It was through searching on google that I found these forums. I know this might sound a bit cliche but horror movies like The Evil Dead scare me too much to watch them. Which is why I'm in such a jam now.

just watch it. its the greatest film of all time, and really not that scary.

Basically even though they cabin where it was filled was destroyed, a time capsule which the cast created is still somewhere in the forest.

Its a mystery and alot of people look for it.

I dont remember what is in it.
But the cast did that as an homage to the wrap up of their film.

The answer is in the book. I just dont remember.

you got to see it....really not scary.......funny tho. and i read bruces first book too and i tried to find it...but i cant rember if it said what they put in or not....hmmmmmmm?

In an interview with DVD Empire, Bruce Campbell said the time capsule is still there but no ones knows where.

its never scared me but its my fav film......or evil dead 2 actually i love both....guess you can tell

Well thanks everyone for trying to help me. I failed the question, but everyone else in the contest did too, luckily. The answer was a shotgun shell, a pack of fake blood, and a handwritten visual code to the film, in case anyone was wondering. Now I have a new question that I can't figure out.

Which Evil Dead crew member was from Wheaton, IL?
