1980s movie with a frozen guy

As a kid i remember seeing an 80s (possibly late 70s) horror movie with a frozen guy who looked much like the lead singer of Level 42. He walked around and killing people. Some of the scenes took place in a freezer room if i remember rightly. Does anyone remember this? What was it called? I know it's vaugue as hell, but that's all I remember.

Well, I was just 7 when i saw it, so I excuse myself for not noticing the director's credit.

Watch it out of curiosity, but I warn you: Chiller is without a doubt one of the worst films of all time. Horrid in every way...

Oh man, I was so easily impressed as a youngster! I have just watched 'Q The Winged Serpent' for the first time in over 20 years. I remember being so exciting and loving all the ''gruesome'' effects.
It's funny now to watch it in 2006, although there is always a strong sense of nostalgia when I watch these B-Movies again.

It's still good. I remember being blown away as a kid, that's all.
