How tall do you have to be, to be considered tall? :confused:

I'd say over 6 foot 2... but I say a lot of things.

What's average height then?

5'10", 5'11"?

Why do you ask?

I went to my girlfriends school to pick her up, and everyone said I looked like I was 29 and was really tall. But I actually feel short compared to everyone.

I just wondered what most people consider tall.

I think I'm 5'10". I may be a hair shorter or taller. Not much though.

No, lol. The odd thing is, a lot of the people there were taller then me I thought. But apparently I was a little....ummm...overdressed, because one of the kids ran into the school and said I was coming to rob them...so...yeah. But I really don't understand that.

Like I said, I'm shorter than most everyone.

im 6'2 so i guess im borderline tall.

6'2" is tall, but being considered less so as the average height gets higher. 5' 10" is average and has been for a long time.

i know plenty of (people who are much taller than me I am also 6'2)

However, I am still technically bigger than most poepl , being 6'2 and about 216.

Well, I'm 5'3 so anybody over 6' is huge to me.

When guys are short, they usually develop a Napolean complex.

the biggest assholes when i went down for Mardi Gras in 2000 were the short mexican guys. they would just elbow peopl as hard as they could to get through the crowd. Jerks.


It was funny though. i was a woodworker at the time and in pretty good shap. one of them was muscling his way though the crowd, bumped into me and stopped dead in his tracks. he was staring in the middle of my chest then slowly looked up at my face, and decided to go around :)

Im not even intimidating... i look like a big goof. or did. I have much shorter hair and a goatee now, so i actuallylook like an escaped convict.

Add a black turtleneck, sunglasses and a beret, and you'd look like an escaped beatnik.

6'2" Here as well and I'm the shortest male in my family, so it's all relative.

Im 5'9...at least Im taller than YJ:p

Similar here. I used to work for my uncle in a woodshop and I was the short guy.

I also didnt have the greatest girth. I had a lot of drive though. i thrust my way to a strong position. it was tight in there, but i made it on top.

Average height for females is smaller than for males. You're still shorter than that but only by a couple inches.

Vamp Clown, if you feel short, get some KISS boots like Gene Simmons used to wear....six inch platforms in black leather. I think they'd fit in nicely with your clothing.:p

Haha, I wear a pair of motorcycle boots that have a 1 1/2" platform on them. The don't do a whole lot, but at least I'm taller than my girlfriend. She's only 5'3". I dated a girl once that is 1/2" talle then me. That was kind of strange feeling.

LOL I could never date a guy that was shorter than me....I know that makes me sound really shallow, but as short as I am a guy that was smaller would be too weird....and I like big guys, anyway, ones who won't blow away in a strong wind.

My wife is the same way. she is 5' 8" and really lieks that i am a head taller than her.

I'm only 5'7" tall and I am perfectly happy with my height. The only time I wish I was taller is when I play volleyball. If I was only two inches taller I would be awesome. Well maybe not awesome, but damn good. I like taller women, I dated a girl who was 5'9" and a girl who was 5'11". Not for long periods but I dig tall girls. I also like petite girls too. I guess what i'm trying to say I love girls. Be happy with yourself and it will show.

Haha, me? Be happy with myself? Like that will ever happen. I grew my hair out in the front to intentionally hide my face for the fact that I hate the way I look. I have no mirrors anywhere upstairs in my house because of it. Spooky eh?

I understand why you'd want a guy that's taller. I prefer girls that are shorter. But you would have to have seen that girl. She was a model. :D
