My all time favorite is in Kill Bill V.1 when the Bride limbo's backward and slashes 3 guys' throats with the katana really fast.

Preston killing Brandt in Equilibrium
The gangster killing the Other Prisoner in the beginning of Versus

The grim, devastating stabbing of the tied up hostage woman in One False Move.

There are too many to list.

Off the top of my head, and purely for originality, Silent Night Deadly Night 2.

Both the Deer head kill, as well as the Umbrella impalement.

Well, for classico, good ol Kevin Bacon taking the stealth arrow through the throat from below in FT13 the OG is one of my foremost favorites...

The impalement from Bay of Blood was pretty good, 13 Ghosts with the glass wall, and Resident Evil had the cool laser kill. There are millions more and a lot better but those are a few on my mind.

Farmer getting shot in Plague Dogs, and rabbit killed by a dog in Watership Down. :eek:

The Killer Dwarf stabbing a women repeatedly in the mouth with an English Horn in Sleepless aka No Ho Sonno.

Demon Night (shitty movie, although Billy Zane is hot). I think the kill I have always liked best is when Billy Zane (can't remember his character's name) punches the cop through the head, then pulls his head off to remove the cop's head from his hand.

Old yeller, enough said.:D

Bad Taste, Derecks rather inventive chainsaw dive through the alien and out his genitals to be reborn, classic.
Toxic Avenger, runningover the kid on the bike and then reversing over his head, funny as fuck!
Wicker Man, being burnt alive whilst being pissed on by goats, thats the way i want to go!

The Harpoon to the eye from Friday the 13th Part III when seen in 3-D!

Like in House of Wax, that 1 guy being turned into wax while still alive
The Hazing: That 1 girl being turned into a porceline doll & then getting broke(actually I like all the kills in that movie)


& man now I'm having a brain fart & can't think of any more.

Ghost Ship - Mass Slaughter Scene

Final Destination 1 & 2 - They both have a lot of good ones, but 2 that really stand out are the huge log through the cops windshield & the pane of glass falling on the kid.

Wolf Creek - Head on a Stick

Battle Royale - Collar Detonation

That was the OG Omen....and it was great....

And of course let's not forget the priest in Dead Alive who "kicks" ass for the lord....or the girl being torn in half by trucks in The Hitcher. The guy who gets the tongue stuck through the back of his head in Species was pretty good too.

I loved the "Blinded by Raven, run over by truck!" from Damien Omen II. :D

But I think the most shocking death from the series was the Nanny hanging herself!

I like the shotgun face rearrangement in Maniac. Classic Savini carnage :)

Face shattering in Jason X was pretty cool too.

it's not horror and it's pretty stupid, but i watched Who Framed Roger Rabbit yesterday. i love the way the toons died. the melting and stuff. lol. i'm a dumbass.


seriously though.....i also loved how Glen died in A Nightmare On Elm Street. the whole getting sucked into the bed thing. classic.

The entire carnage near the end of Reservoir Dogs is pretty exciting too.

If you EVER call that movie stupid again I will hunt you down.

Deep Blue Sea
When, in the midst of Sam Jackson's rallying speach, the shark leaps out of the water, grabs him, bodyslams him to the floor, and slithers out with him, only to tear him apart with another shark underwater.


I'd also bring up a theoretical kill from Commando. I saw an interview with Arnold once where he talked about the scene where he's trapped in the shed and starts tossing the radial saw blades. Apparently he had a concept for the scene where he wanted to burst out with an ax, cut one guys arm off, and then beat him down with his own severed arm. The producers said it was too horrible to film, but it would have been pretty sweet if they had.

It isn't a kill, but it is a death. I won't give away too much, but the end scene in Vertigo sends chills up and down my spine every time.

The death of Srgt. whatever the hell his name was in Full Metal Jacket was supremely unexpected.

And, of course, the beheading scene in The Omen which has already been named.

that was one of my favs too, a few more that come to mind are the chick that accidentally gets the chainsaw on the bus in Dawn of the Dead, and when the dude blows his head off on the toilet in Full Meal Jacket. Evil Dead has some good ones as well, Ya think they used creamed corn for some of those scenes?

Wow favorite kill hmm thats hard as hell.. Id say anytime someone gets ripped apart screaming buy 5 or more zombies. like in day of the dead when that doushbag gets it in the end.thats my fav but theres so many that kid getting hit with a plane of glass in final destanation 2 was funny as hell. when jason smashed that chicks face in jason x was raw. that dude up to his thumbknuckle in homeys eyes in 28 days later was rough times. that guy getting his nuts sawed in texas chainsaw massacre (remake) was sweet. but yes zombies eating you alive is defenitly my favorite way.
