Tales From the Crypt Demon Knight?

After a very small time spent researching, I found that he is simply called Skull Cowboy, and is a character that was cut late in production of The Crow. He was played by a somewhat famous horror actor, Michael Berryman.

I TRIED Google...But...I was looking in the wrong places...Based on what I THOUGHT I knew...

I tried Scarecrow Slayer, AND Scarecrow Slayer2 (wrong hat, but DAMN he looks a LOT like that scarecrow)...So, I thought maybe Dark Harvest...I even tried the original Fog (thought maybe it was one of the guys in the misty parts)...Then I was almost positive that it was Bloody Bill from Death Valley...

I never figured it out, so I REALLY appreciate this Vampenquin...*muah*

Oh, so THAT'S what it is...I always wondered what that character looked like they way they built it. Had never seen a photo of it before.
