i think it has potetial and it looks pretty good, and has an ok cast.

i preferred Saturday Night Fever myself ...

i saw the preview for this watching UltraViolet, which also stinks! Stay Alive looks awesome, but Staying Alive was the worst sequel to ever go on AMC

The trailer makes it look great and creepy but it has the potential to be Uwe Boll bad. I'll give it a shot.

lets just pray that Uwe Boll doesnt do some sort of knockoff or sequel to this. he'll probably mistake Stay Alive for being real. then he'll direct a crappy movie that could make Satan scream "THATS HORRIBLE!"

Havent seen the trailer yet....but wow, this has one terribe plot! I might rent it if I hear good things, but it sounds like garbage.

I'm not saying it's a bad idea for some people, but for a 16 year old kid it'd get sticky.

I was a member at Zip.ca [which is basically the Canadian version of Netflix] for awhile. I really liked it, but the monthly fees were insane. Great selection, very fast shipping...but the fees were murder. I wouldnt hesitate for a second if they dropped the price by like $10...not like that would happen.

online movie rental is okay, but id rather go to the video store. while looking for a specific film, you stop, something caught your eye, and it turns out the be a bad ass movie. that just dosnt happen on netflix. also when your in high school you cant work at the local netflix, but you can work at hollywood or blockbuster.

im gonna see the film probibly in theaters, if not i'll just buy it when it is released on dvd. and truthfuly it dosnt look that bad. even if it sucks to high heaven i'll atleast get to see frankie munez die, and some bad ass computer set-ups.

On Netflix I really like the reccomendations because once in a while they'll have a good one that will be great. I also browse genres and actors a lot so I see some things I've never heard of and rent it and end up loving it.

thats cool but i still like to browse, but thats just me.

I understand where you're coming from, if I hadn't had to deal with so many idiots at the video stores around here I'd still head to ET or Blockbuster once in a while. It's cool to walk around and be suddenly grabbed by a cover so cool you have to rent the movie. I just think losing that is a small price to pay to not have to deal with video stores and late fees and the such.

Saw a preview for Stay Alive tonight, didn't realize the Hebrew Hammer was in it. It almost looks like whoever wrote this movie about a "killer videogame" hasn't played a videogame before.

The trailer looks decent but I have a feeling it'll suck. Plus it's PG-13. I'll just wait until Netflix gets it.

Umm I remember Brainscan. The bishop of battle, Tron, what other horrror realplay games movies are there or yea wargames.

a movie dosnt have to be rated "R" to be good, blood guts and language arnt gonna make or break a film, the original TCM would be considered "PG13" by todays standurds and it is still bad ass.

as for it being the worst movie posher778 has seen, he hasnt seen many horror films( or i still know what you did last summer), cause alot of horror film.

easy. and i wasnt comparing the decades, i was simply saying that our socioty has become severily jaded since then, and what was horrorable and shocking then is now considered average to slightly scary( tact= diluted).

as for comapring the decades, drugs are back in, muscle cars are back. the man is out to get you, and long hair is back, there are more buy coparisons( like and unlike) but im tired,
