Favorite Episode from a TV Show
 

I just borrowed the third disc (I think) from the 4th season of Buffy the Vampire Slayer from a friend so I could rewatch "Hush" It was such a great episode that was way closer to a movie, the gentleman are some of the creepiest characters I've seen and the idea of having none of the characters able to talk worked out really well. It's funny because on the DVD someone jokes that they wrote "Hush" after someone said that Buffy was such a good show because of the fantastic dialogue. :p


What's your favorite out of every episode from any show you've ever seen?

My favorite episode of Becker is when Linda accidentally sends Becker on a gay cruise.


Can't really think of one exact episode of Seinfeld but a couple for sure would be ''The Merv Griffin Show'' and ''The Switch''.

Since there are very few TV shows I'd actually consider "favorites", I'll just list an episode from all of them.

X Files- The gargoyle episode with Kurtwood Smith guest starring, or possibly the millenium episode

Millenium- The one with the demons in the diner

Sopranos- The one where Chris and Paulie get lost in the Pine Barrens

Futurama- Hell is Other Robots

The "Robot Hell" song in that one just blows my mind. As far as I am concerned, one of the funniest songs Ive ever heared on a TV show.

a couple MST3K episodes stand out, as do "Scott Tenormen Must Die" from South Park and "The Monsters are Due on Maple Street" from Twilight Zone

How could I have forgotten MST3K! For shame!

Anyway, my favorite episodes of that show are Hobgoblins and Cave Dwellers.

Family guy, the episode where they beat the shit out of eachother at the end, and the one where meg gets them on a reality show.

That one was really good. I never really watched Millenium though, even though I'm a big Lance Henriksen fan. I think it's becausee it came on right after The X-Files and the beginning of the Millenium episodes never got my attention.

I have a lot of fave episodes, but my most favorite are the season finale of Huff & the season finale of Weeds. ( both of which are on Showtime)

Too bad. It was a really great show that never got the attention it deserved. Henriksen really outdid himself as Frank Black, turning in what I feel is the best performance of his career. If you're interested, you can get all three seasons on DVD now. The episode I was speaking of (Somehow, Satan Got Behind Me) is in season 2.

Do you have the Futurama boxsets? I only have Season 1, so I find myself watching that episode fairly often.

My favorite futurama episode, besides hell is other robots, is Raiders of the lost Arcade.
