28 Days Later. Interesting name, but the movie sucked so bad.

I heard it was good...

My answer would be "Nightmare on Elm Street." The name sounds killer, but the movie blew!

Fantastic film imo & had a budget of just 8 million!
Freddy vs jason was pretty bad & made for 25 mill....

i thought 28 days later was kick ass

it is nice to see a zombie movie done decently therse days........

28 Days Later wasn't a zombie movie. Pay more attention to the flick before you call it "kick ass" or what-not.

28 Days Later was not a "typical" Zombie movie, but you'd better believe it was a zombie movie.

28 Days Later would have been better if it was a sequel to the Sandra Bullock movie 28 Days. It was too easy to pick on. The cinematorgraphy was great though but it was not as scary as they made out that it was. Hell, "They" was scarier than it was, and that movie sucked on more levels than I can count.

Cabin Fever...sounds good but sucked..

Feardotcom had an interesting ora about it then I watch it...I was like WTF .....MOVIE was the worst Ive seen in years.

I thought Dreamcatcher was great but they left out so much of the book that I can see why you didn't like it. What did you think it was going to be though, since you said it wasn't what you thought it would be? You should read the book...it was great.

House of a 1,000 corpes, I don't really care that nobody got away ,and there was lot's of gore but not one of the bad guys got f#*# up!! I like to see at least a little payback!!

I thought 28 Days Later rocked. And I totally would categorize it as a zombie movie. They weren't your typical "zombies," but people who are dead and walking and killing/feeding are still zombies. And those guys were definitely not what I would call alive.

I'm still trying to decide on the whole stupid name/cool movie cool name/stupid movie thing.

That is a cool sounding name. Did it really suck? I never watched it. Maybe someday when it is on late at night on HBO or something I will get the chance to see it. I don't think I will pay to watch it if it really sucks.

FOR "CHILDREN" YOU HAD TO TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THE TIME PERIOD AND THE DIRECTOR BOB CLARK WHO HAS BROUGHT US SUCH JEMS AS BLACK CHRISTMAS,PORKY'S, AND A CHRISMAS STORY OF COURSE NOW HE DOES CLOWN SHOES MOVIES LIKE BABY GENIUS SO WHAT CAN YOU DO. I THINK HE WAS GOING IN THE CAMP DIRECTION WITH THAT ONE ANYWAY. IN "28 DAYS" I THINK PEOPLE JUST EXPECTED MORE VIOLENCE AND ACTION BUT I LOVE THE IDEA OF LAST PEOPLE ON EARTH BUT THAT PROBABLY HAS TO DO WITH MY TEENAGE LOVE FOR "NIGHT OF THE COMET" AND "THE STAND".

This movie about a rock and roll vampire, it even had Toni Basil and Thomas Dolby in it. It starred Dean Cameron (You know, 'Chainsaw') from 'Summer School'. Well it sucked so bad! But it's worth renting to laugh at if you can even find it. Just make sure your fast forward button is in good working order.
I rented it because I liked the name.

You didn't like Rockula??? Yeah, it is a bit cheesy. I grew up watching that crap though. It's part of the great 80's vampire comedy trilogy (along with Once Bitten and My Best Friend is a Vampire).

I'm sorry guys you might hate for this but I really didn't like 28 days later. I thought the begining dragged I probably dozed off like twice

I liked that they made it, but it could have gone smoother. I guess I was expecting some much better cheese with the resources they had and it just seemed to drag. I like Once Bitten and My best friend is a vampire. honestly I'm amazed anyone else has seen Rockula, I found it in the darkest depths of the mom and pop video store and it turned out to be a screener! You're always on top of it as usual avenger;)

Yeah, I was surprised that someone else had seen it too. I just crack up when he turns into a bat/midget thing. It could have been better I suppose. I'm a fan of Dean Cameron though. Rockula, Summer School, Miracle Beach, and Men at Work are all goofy comedies that I like.
