..hey isnt there a 3 time rule in some states in america ?..if you do something criminal 3 times you are in for a long time ?....I have heard some awful storys about it..a guy beeing jailed for life stealing a pizza bit..cause it was his 3 crime....

The cops said ill get a 100$ ticket when is ee the judge. no community service or any crap like that. BUTTT im starting to read all this other crap tahts making me nervous. I just had a gram.

Relax dude, possession is only a misdemeanor not a felony. At least not in any state that I know of. You would have to be carrying enough for distribution to get a felony.

The 3 strikes law is 3 "felony convictions" what you did is slightly worse than a traffic ticket. I wouldnt blow it off though, talk to a good lawyer and youll be OK.

We wouldn't even get arrested here for a gram. I think its 1.5g you can get arrested for. But they would just take it and give you a warning.

Some of the cops here would probably even join you in a session haha.

WTF is "attempted possession"? That doesn't even make sense. Just like one of my buddies who told me one of his friends got busted for resisting arrest when he wasn't under arrest for anything.

A small amount of weed is hardly a crime in most bigger metropolitan areas (The cops there have actual crimes to prevent.) It's the suburbs and the small towns that the cops harrass kids over having a joint on them. I don't think you should even bother spending any money on a lawyer.

Just go in there, plead guilty, wait 'til the judge reads you your punishment (fine, community service or probation at the harshest) and then if it sounds like he;s coming down on you a little hard you say 'Your honor, I would like request the mercy of the court." and a lot of times they will lighten the sentence, all you have to do is ask. If the original punishment is about what you were expecting, dont say anything, just accept it, take care of it and thats it.

Trust me, I have some experience in dealing in these sorts of things and I've never bothered getting a lawyer. It's a waste of money on a misdemanor charge.
