I ordered this movie a while ago off ebay. This movie is so sweet. I use it as a conversation piece these days. It was done by Peter Jackson(LOTR) and it super gorey. It's cheese horror though. Anyone else seen it? If you havn't I'll say this - Lawnmower vs zombies!

Yes, lawn gnomes have never been funnier. Dead Alive is a gore-fest classic. I'd like to see Jackson do another zombie flick with a Lord of the Rings budget.:D

It's not of the caliber of Dead Alive, but it's very funny and a must-see for Jackson fans.

Remember to see The Frighteners too! I loved that one. yay! PJ! Though I must admit I didn't like LOTR as much as his previous stuff. I'm not as much into the elf style fantasy themes as zombies.

Yes, The Frighteners is a lot of fun too. Has anyone ever seen Meet the Feebles? Muppets on acid man.

I just have to say that I love the Lord of the Rings and can barely believe the same man directed Bad Taste. Insane.

Yeah, as the drill sergeant in the cemetery. It's almost a parody of his role in Full Metal Jacket.

Im with you abby, LOTR just doesnt do it for me. Maybe im just too into the Elric saga and that does makes LOTR look watered down. I saw the first 2 in the theaters, liked the first one, but i think im gonna stay at home for Return of the king, just my 0.02.

Bad Taste is good too, but Dead Alive is my favorite.

Bad Taste and Braindead are both awesome movies. I think I prefer Bad Taste it fucking cracks me up Peter Jackson as Derek is a fucking classic.

I like "Dead Alive" and "Bad Taste" both very much. I can't really pick which is better "Bad Taste" is very slapstick and silly and "Dead Alive" is a bit dryer style of humor. Both great in there own rights.
