There's a lot of "first person" shots done entirely with CGI. The flick aint gettin' me all hot n' bothered.

Meh...I just wanna see it cuz it's DOOM....And, I really hope it doesn't turn out like 'House Of The Dead'...Although, to be fair, even House Of The Dead had a few cool parts...

Yeah, I'll see it purely for the name too... but I won't be happy... in fact I'll sit there hissing and spitting the entire time.

The Rock... ugh. It also looks like they've lost the demonic/occult angle. No big surprise there, but still disappointing. On the other hand, those first person shots and the monsters look pretty cool. I'll be in the theater for this one, but I won't get too hopeful.

This could be really good. But the whole The Rock thing has got me dubious.....

i saw the preview to. its not gettin me all excited but i do want to see it. ill be there opening weekend. the only thing im really excited about is that the rock is in it. ive been waitin for him to do something.

He pulled off a love-making scene in Walking Tall, which is prolly the hardest thing an actor can do.

But yeah, he could fuck it up super special.

Dywanne or however you spell his name...is actually a pretty good actor,he kicked Robert DeNero's butte with the SNL skits.

ole bobby was reading the cue cards half the time-BADLY.
If you can get your hands on these 2 episodes-I would say rent them and see for yourself.

Not exactly sex, but that PG-13 topless makin' out with a chick who's in her bra before you lay her down and the screen fades to black sorta thing.

Hollywood, I guess they didn't learn from house of the dead.

I havnt played the games [Amazing, I know] so Im putting my best that this'll be like Residant Evil. Fans will hate it, despite the horror elements in the game it wont be a horror movie, and it'll be a kickass action flick. Theres my bet.

To be completley honest this movie looks fucking retarded, like I know its based on a video game, and it is a good game, but comon as a movie this is gonna suck. The first person is completly in CGI, and im not really a CGI fan when u can acutually tell its clearly CGI, and in the scenes I saw it is CLEARLY CGI. How can a movie thats about monsters and takes place on Mars be good? This movie looks like shit. lol, just to give u my 100% honest opinion.

My prediction falls in the middle. It'll be complete shit, with a few kick-ass action and gore moments that become guilty pleasures when the DVD hits.
House of the Dead wasn't as bad as people think. If you can ignore the fact that a group of stupid-ass college kids suddenly become fuckin weapons masters and martial artists with NO explanation, than that big zombie slaughter in the middle is cool as hell!:D
