Saw Ii

Really want to see it and loved the first one. How many more ways can you elaborately kill someone? http://www.roicat.com.tw/poster/s/saw2.JPG

lbuie 08-24-2005 08:12 AM

I have no idea. Honestly I didn't get to finish watching the first one. Guess I better do that before I catch the next one huh?:p :p :p :p

TCMfreak 08-24-2005 03:59 PM

yeah

UM YEAH

JokerMONEY3000 08-24-2005 04:08 PM

I guess it'll be good. It seems no movie can be left alone these days. It either has a sequel or a remake. Saw really didn't have a story line to continue, but I hope its good.

The_Return 08-24-2005 04:41 PM

It could be OK...hopefully Ill catch it in theatres, wont be too disapointed if I dont.

TCMfreak 08-25-2005 09:26 AM

THe coolest part

my favoite part in the 1st SAW was when the FBI agent tripped the wire and was blasted by like 5 shotguns. [/COLOR]

alkytrio666 08-25-2005 01:42 PM

Maybe they spent more than a week on this one...

I'll rent it. Maybe.

If you didnt catch that:

What about a spoiler warning? There are some who have yet to see it, ya know. Although I gotta agree, that was pretty cool.

bloodrayne 08-26-2005 10:45 AM

*Anxiously awaiting this one*

AUSTIN316426808 08-26-2005 11:12 AM

The teaser trailer I saw made it look like they have made up some more interesting deaths. I'm looking forward to it the first was average, don't expect anymore or less from this one.

That thing on the guy's face in the teaser has me intrigued.

Yellow Jacket 08-26-2005 05:58 PM

I am drooling over this sequel! I loved Saw, it's one of my favoriter horror movies, and though I'm not too fond about sequels, I still want to see it badly. Probably going to buy advanced tickets so i can go on opening night (cause I won't be able to wait an extra week :p )

ChEEbA 08-26-2005 06:19 PM

It's actually a prequel, from what I've heard.
At least part of the film chronicles what happens to the female victim that escapes, shown in the first one. So, probably everyone but her dies.
It COULD be both prequel AND sequel in terms of storyline, kind of like the last one was, flashing backwards and fowards in time...that'd be interesting.

moonsorrow 08-26-2005 06:23 PM

doubt itl be as sick as the first one, and not nearley as good... but i guess this is a must see either way.

RavageRitual 08-26-2005 06:34 PM

Yea, i cant wait to see this, im really hopen it doesnt dissapoint.

See, that's the thing. The first one really wasn't that sick at all. It just tried to be.

Angra 08-28-2005 12:58 PM

I thought it was sick enough.

I liked that you didnīt actually get to "see" anything grosse. It was all left to your imagination.:)

Saw 2

has anyone heard anything about the saw sequel? I know, it's more of a suspense/drama type thing, but the first was very tense and nicely gory.
RIco
p.s.went to the yahoo movies preview page to see a trailer and it just froze everytime I tried

I feel slightly retarded after readin that. It's kind of as though you rephrased the question originally asked all over again, when all the answers are right above your post.

AWSTRICER 09-20-2005 01:47 PM

I did'nt like it alot but the second might be good.

The_Return 09-20-2005 02:29 PM

That trailer looked pretty cool. I think I could make some pretty safe bets on at least one plot "twist" though.

crazy raplh 09-21-2005 09:12 AM

I thought the first one was a piece of crap they try to hard to be overdramatic.

SAW II was actually shot in 25 days, while SAW was shot in 18 days.

Oh good, they actually spent a little more care and effort on this one!

Maybe those few extra days allowed them to eliminate the boom-camera shots...

It also allows the actors to actually act.

Well I'm not holding any judgement til I see it, but I don't have high hopes.

That scene with the pistol turning up into the peephole is awesome though.

OIC... It kinda looks like a sick movie. But I'll try to watch it to see what the buzz is all about.
