I guess it'll be good. It seems no movie can be left alone these days. It either has a sequel or a remake. Saw really didn't have a story line to continue, but I hope its good.

It could be OK...hopefully Ill catch it in theatres, wont be too disapointed if I dont.

The teaser trailer I saw made it look like they have made up some more interesting deaths. I'm looking forward to it the first was average, don't expect anymore or less from this one.

That thing on the guy's face in the teaser has me intrigued.

I am drooling over this sequel! I loved Saw, it's one of my favoriter horror movies, and though I'm not too fond about sequels, I still want to see it badly. Probably going to buy advanced tickets so i can go on opening night (cause I won't be able to wait an extra week :p )

It's actually a prequel, from what I've heard.
At least part of the film chronicles what happens to the female victim that escapes, shown in the first one. So, probably everyone but her dies.
It COULD be both prequel AND sequel in terms of storyline, kind of like the last one was, flashing backwards and fowards in time...that'd be interesting.

doubt itl be as sick as the first one, and not nearley as good... but i guess this is a must see either way.

i *LOVE* this movie;) when i saw it for the first time, i had to breathe out the cool ending... brilliant audiovisual... i'm really looking forward for the sequel, prequel or whatever you call it... i only hope it will give me chills...

See, that's the thing. The first one really wasn't that sick at all. It just tried to be.

I thought it was sick enough.

I liked that you didn´t actually get to "see" anything grosse. It was all left to your imagination.:)

has anyone heard anything about the saw sequel? I know, it's more of a suspense/drama type thing, but the first was very tense and nicely gory.

omg i loved the first one and cant wait for the second!!! i saw the whole preiveiw at the movies the other night it looks awsome.... prob wont be as good as the first one.. but hell itll be really good i cant wait to see wut they come up with this time for that movie!!!!!!

I did'nt like it alot but the second might be good.

That trailer looked pretty cool. I think I could make some pretty safe bets on at least one plot "twist" though.

I thought the first one was a piece of crap they try to hard to be overdramatic.

SAW II was actually shot in 25 days, while SAW was shot in 18 days.

Maybe those few extra days allowed them to eliminate the boom-camera shots...

It also allows the actors to actually act.

Well I'm not holding any judgement til I see it, but I don't have high hopes.

That scene with the pistol turning up into the peephole is awesome though.

OIC... It kinda looks like a sick movie. But I'll try to watch it to see what the buzz is all about.
