Help O.K people this was an old horror movie which had these munchkin type demon things that killed people and the only way to kill them was with electricity it was arround when gremlins and critters and stuff was arround i thought they were munchkin dudes with like trencoats BUT I CANT REMEMBER the name somebody please tell me

There is a deleted scene of them tearing the wings off a monkey and eating of it's flesh....

Same with the oompa loompas. they would kill cats in the alley and eat them...

i'd actually like to see the munchkins and the oompa loompas get in a big drunken bar room brawl ...

then the flying monkey break into the fruckas, throwing their poo ..
