New Years Resolutions
 

Again, if this has been done, BFD, i wasnt here.


My resolution:

one page, either typed or handwritten, must be made by me every day, even if it sucks. I really want to get back on the horse with my writing.

Perhaps you should submit your page-a-day to the "horror fiction post" so we can critique it and keep tabs on your progress, or maybe pilfer it and try to get it published before you.:D

I'm not big on New Years Resolutions because I never stick to them, then I feel like a loser......Allright....I'll make one....NO MORE BEER.

i've never made one in my life ...

I made one one year to be cruel to everyone, and to persecute those different from myself in any way.

The general idea was to actually be proud to fail. In which i succeeded :)

although it wasnt a resolution, i did use the time off to arrange my albums and CDs.

since moving to the new house i just shoved everything into the shelves willy nilly .. i could never find a damn thing ..

so i've spent 5 god damn days putting them by genre .. and within the genres .. loosely alphabetically.

so i have 80s, 70's, 60's, 50's, metal, folk/country rock, classical,
jazz, blues, danse, comedy, kids, soundtracks, and then a huge catch-all for everything else.

its beed a chore, let me tell you .. about 5000 albums.
about 2000 CDs

5000 albums, 2000 cds and from what I gather from previous post something like 8000 movies.

I really need to get my grades up and get a job, maybe study for my permit....i need to get my shit together though..:(

American Psycho is such an amazing movie btw. It's hard to believe it's a recent horror movie.

lol. I actually liked Ben Afflecks part in that movie...it was actually pretty believable...reminds me of some of the douches in our school

LOL funny thing is dude, when I was in high school it was exactly like that, I was in a gang called the outlaws and just part of the initiation was getting paddled just like that except the paddles were twice as fucking big than the ones in that movie...Tomorrow when I get a chance I will dig out my old paddle and take a pic of it for ya...you will laugh your ass off...it has pot leaves drawn all over it...Imagine that lol:D

HAHAHAH. Some kids made some paddles in wood shop....i let one of the strongest guys hit me in the arm with it as hard as he could for $3. It left a big handprint welt and actually broke the skin and made it bleed.

Whats weird is it fractured the wooden hand :cool:

The paddle in Dazed and Confused that used to make me laugh like hell was the one the black guy had...it said Soul Pole lol...:D

New years resolutions... That is a hard one.

Maybe I should stop being so pessimistic.

Other than that I got nothin.
