While I can't find any Chat room for HDC on Yahoo. I do belong to a group where the mod picks a topic each week and we vote on a movie to watch on Saturday nights. It works pretty good.

Just to let you know I don't think that room will stay there..

As long as you create the room and at least one person stays in it it will be visible but once everyone leaves the chat room it will diappear...
