If after banning someone we could block anybody from joining for a few days. I think that would work even better than ip banning. I get sick of this shit. spend time cleaning up all the threads.

The way I see the whole situation is like this, there are 3 parts...

The part where I don't understand, the part that I am grateful for, and the part that is truly sad....

2: No website administrator would agree to closing their website to new members, for so many reasons, the very suggestion is pretty hilarious. THINK.

In case you think about "checking out" every potential Noob...

3: You can't "assess" each new member, as it's SIMPLE to convince anybody that you're somebody completely different, with the use of some minor variations in spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure.
Knowing this, if you DID try to assess new members, you'd most likely do so almost expecting every noob to be somebody trying to deceive you, and I'd garauntee a few unfair bannings would come out of this.

There's really no solution...however, I'd suggest you work on your internal moderation problems first...

I've talked to 3 mods here ever: KPro when we were at war, Arioch about Kpo and I being at war, and Bloodrayne who I've never had much to talk about. Except for the Kpro thing a few months ago, I never had too many issuses with the mods here myself (except for the random unable to post shit which still hasn't been answered). I'd say for the most part, most of the mods here have been cool and fair (except for KPro and his recent frame-up LOL)
