Rats: Night of Terror

Do you like competent actors? Senseical plot lines? Good writing? If you do (and you all saw this coming) do not watch this movie! On the other hand, if you like a good cheesy plot, some over-the-top gore, gratuitous nudity and buckets of lab mice painted black....this is the movie for you!

Just look at the title: What would you expect from a movie called "Rats: Night of Terror"? Hell, that title is the only reason I bought the film! It just screams cheesefest, and let me tell you there's nothing wrong with that. Sure the actors suck, sure some of the lines are horrible (Stupid machine needs a kick in the balls!), but who cares? Doesn't that just make it that much more fun?

The gore is actually pretty well-done, surprisingly enough. The corpses near the first look great.

Oh, before I forget: The ending! Even if you don't like this film, you NEED to watch the whole thing just to see the amazing ending. I don't want to spoil it, so I'll just leave it at that.

Overall if you don't enjoy cheesy movies, leave this one on the shelf. If you do enjoy the, this is a dream come true!

domino.

way too stylized, the way it was shot gave me a headache, but all in all, i found it very entertaining.

certainly didn't hurt that the guy who plays choco is hot as hell. :D

I had to stop Domino. There's a line that you shouldn't cross when it comes to style.

---

I've stopped rating the movies I watched. It's too limited. I often like different movies for different movies, and lately have been slapping 5's on the ones I've enjoy the most. Instead, I'll just write what I thought of the film. You can draw your own conclusion from my jumbled entries.

Last Holiday;
If you're having a bad day, and need something tp pick you back up - look no further. This film shouldn't be classified as a comedy - but something stronger, a lifestyles movie. I was literally smiling throughout the entire length of it, and admittedly shed a few tears in one particular scene. I know if I ever feel depressed, this is the first thing that will enter my mind. Heartwarming, and fun. It has it's great laugh out loud moments too, such as the early cell-phone smash.

What I loved about this film was the fact mentioned above, but also it's characters. They were all so likeable, even when you failed to see it at first, hidden underneath. Georgia peeled away those layers and exposed that side to us.

There's not much else to say, really. Nothing to complain about too badly, I think I'm just high of happiness. I know I'll be going to sleep with a smile on my face tonight.

:)

thats exactly how i felt .. the MTV video quick editing with colourized segments and fast shifting camera ..

enough to give you a seizure ..

i stuck through it for Mickey Rourke only

What'd you think? They have it at the video store for $2.99, and I've been eyeing it for awhile.

Watched "The Hills Have Eyes" unrated.

Pretty good.....updated graphics and story but stayed true to the original.

It was good to see Billy Drago in something again.
