Sorry, I don't follow you. What is a picture's URL tag ? Is the IMG what is listed right above here in the reply window ? It's asking me for a web site. This is confusing.

OK, the URL is the address of the picture that starts with http://. For example http://www.randomsite.com/image.gif

You would take that address and when you are trying to post there should be a button that says "IMG" above the reply box. Click that, and type in the address of the picture.

OK, I understand that now, but how do I know what a picture's URL is ? I mean if I see a picture somewhere on a web site, how do I know what it's URL is from that ? This is still confusing I'm afraid, but thank you for explaining it to me.
