Been kind of playing through "My time at Portia" with the kid.
It's...just a game where you essentially wonder around, picking things up, and run a "shop" where you make things.
Lots of crafting. Small amount of combat. Exploration focussed.
Kind of an "easy" game. It's not horrible for a kind of early game for kids.

Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus.
I just got done playing the first one again, and thought I'd save the "Old Blood" one for after if I'ml not fatigued of it by then.
I have to say this is one of the most excellent relaunch/revamp series I've ever seen.
I can't comment on "Youngblood" as I turned that one off...but the core series and storyline is excellent, the combat is great too, amazing reality they've thrown together and yeah...the whole thing is just very worthy.
I know there's a lot of ROTC fans (I'd recommend "old blood" for you) but in my mind this absolutely tops it.
Looking forward to the supposed third and final installment.

terminator resistance, its got its fun, its got its flaws...i do like the terminators themselves, wish there were more games with them in it

i've been challenging myself by playing the worst entry in the front mission series....left alive...total shit game, but getting from part to part has become a fun little game for me, i spent a few bucks onit so I didnt mind giving it a try, to find out how bad it is...

one punch man...based off the anime of the same name, i really like this fighting game full of goofy characters.

victor vran...motorhead music, fighting dark forces, in ww2 feeling moments....hmm just started it, looks a lil boring, but it make get better we'll see

I got back into friday the 13th game trying to finish off the remaining challenges on single player mode, havnt accomplished it yet, but maybe i will

maneater....you play as a shark from baby to monster, you grow and fight off many predators in the ocean among them apex animals like the great white shark and orcas..really fun game actually, but i am stuck on the final boss, and i havnt beaten the game yet

Spent the weekend playing Resident Evil 7. I skipped it until now due to not liking first person but finally relented with Village's recent videos (bought the RE7/8 package).

I've beat the game twice now and enjoyed it much more than i thought I would. But it really didn't feel like Resident Evil to me. At least not until somewhere around Marguerite's boss fight.
At the moment I switched to gta5grand. The 1st impression is awesome, frankly speaking!

I've been playing Resident Evil 2, the updated version on PS5. It's getting pretty hard now since I'm getting close to the game. I have four zombies pretty much all attacking me and none of them ever seem to go down. ::big grin::

Now I'm playing in Overwatch 2 game. For me it much better than first Overwatch. I'm Reinhardt main so sometimes it getting alot of time to rank up, but thanks for overwatch boost, they help me many times to boost my rank back on gold when I was tilted and lose ranks. This is a funny game, I found alot of new friends, even in real life. After some games we can go to the bar to drink a beer :D

I finally got myself my own PlayStation 5, my brother surprised me and bought one for me. This was something I wasn't expecting at all. He did it because things have been rather rough for me lately. I bought the game The Last Of Us and now I'm playing it. I've gotten pretty far so far.

Let's Build A Zoo

I recently retried Starfield on XSX. A number of issues had me shelve it again. Enemy ai (shooting at me inside a sealed building from the outside) and generally terrible in fire fights, cringe writing from the get go, terrible lighting and HDR and awful performance in places (brilliant in others). There are moments when I wanted to really like it, but there's always something annoying me throughout. Thankfully played on GP.

I've been giving Alan Wake remastered a chance, I never played it before with the original graphics, but its a fun little creepy story about an author.

I beat alan wake where you kill shadows with a flashlight, now I'm playing Fatal Frame Maiden of Black Water which is the fifth installment in the fatal frame series, this time I'm killing ghosts with a camera! Loving the scary environments, and ghosts.

I like Arkham Horror or anything in that franchise.

Slender the arrival....finally tried a Slenderman game, was fun
Amnesia: A machine for pigs....my first amnesia game, I enjoyed it for the most part
amnesia:Justine.....quick short one, but with that the whole game you only get one life so cant die! beat it pretty fast

now I'm on Amnesia the dark descent, which is the first one, hardest one so far, and also best one out of these 3.

I recently replayed Gears 2 and Road to Ruin and I agree. It tried to do some interesting things with semi-stealth segments but I feel it was a bit too repetitive and didn't really fit with the tone of what happened storywise prior to that segment. So I can understand why they decided to cut it. I haven't played Aftermath (and Judgment in general), but planning to catch up later this year
