Drifter, 2016. 6/10
 The concept sounds amazing; A pair of outlaw brothers seek temporary refuge in a desolate town inhabited by a small family of psychotic cannibalistic lunatics. Fuck yeah, started out fantastic but quickly lost the awesomeness when the 'family' tried too hard to be psychotic. |

Inferno (2016) "When Robert Langdon wakes up in an Italian hospital with amnesia, he teams up with Dr. Sienna Brooks, and together they must race across Europe against the clock to foil a deadly global plot." LOVED Angels & Demons when I was younger, so I was really anticipating this. It definitely didn't disappoint. Awesome puzzles and plot twists and everything. Is it a bunch of BS? Of course, but that just adds to the fun. --- https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikiped...code_final.jpg The Da Vinci Code (2006) "A murder inside the Louvre and clues in Da Vinci paintings lead to the discovery of a religious mystery protected by a secret society for two thousand years -- which could shake the foundations of Christianity." Surprised it took me this long to finally watch it. It's definitely the talkiest of the three. Still really loved it. More awesome BS religious conspiracy thriller stuff. |
THE WINDMILL MASSACRE 2016
A tour bus in Holland breaks down on a deserted stretch of highway. One of the passengers notices a windmill nearby and sets off with another passenger to get help. By the title , I'm sure you can surmise where this is going. I wasn't totally impressed, perhaps even a little underwhelmed. But I did read some very good reviews for it. |
